Refund Policy
At Omashu Wellness, I aim to create a space built on trust, care, and clarity. This policy helps ensure fairness for both clients and therapist while honouring the time set aside for your treatment.
Appointments
Cancellations or Rescheduling:

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or prepaid session.
No-shows:

Missed appointments without prior notice may be charged in full or result in the session being deducted from a package or gift card balance.
Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required when booking.

If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit can be transferred to a new date within a reasonable timeframe.

Deposits are not refunded if the appointment is missed or cancelled late.
Package Deals (Prepaid Bundles)

Packages are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.

Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be deducted from the package.

Packages are non-refundable, but they can be gifted or transferred if needed — just get in touch to arrange this.
Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase (unless otherwise agreed).

They may be used for a session of equal value or as part payment toward a longer session.

If your gift card doesn’t cover the full cost of a session, the difference can be paid at the appointment.
