My Path to Massage Therapy
For over a decade, I dreamed of running my own massage practice—now, that dream is a reality. Omashu Wellness is the result of years of hands-on experience, study, and a deep commitment to healing through touch.

This practice is rooted in a love for movement, mindfulness, and the belief that meaningful rest can change the way we feel in our bodies—and in our lives.

I’ve been studying massage and wellness for over a decade, and over time have developed a holistic, intuitive approach that blends knowledge with care.
Discovering the Art of Massage & Wellness
Fresh out of high school, I began exploring massage and wellness through a course in Wellness & Lifestyle, where I learned relaxation massage, herbalism, fitness and exercise, and dove deep into anatomy, physiology, and diet. Later, I went on to study sports massage, which gave me a solid foundation and technical understanding of the human body.

Travel has always been a big part of my life. Along the way, I encountered a wide range of practices and philosophies, learning from different teachers and cultures around the world.
In the years leading up to Omashu Wellness, I worked in project management — a role that kept me behind a screen and left me feeling increasingly disconnected. That began to shift after a meaningful yoga teacher training at an ashram in India. The experience helped me reconnect with myself and gave me the courage to take this leap.

Returning to Brighton, things naturally began to align. Joining ekah yoga and being offered the space that now holds Omashu Wellness felt like coming home — surrounded by a warm, like-minded community and a space that reflects everything I value.

ekah yoga
I am deeply grateful to be part of ekah yoga, a space dedicated to mindfulness, movement, and holistic wellness.

Ekah, meaning “One” in Sanskrit, reflects the unity of breath, body, and spirit—an ethos that aligns beautifully with Omashu Wellness.

Being here allows me to integrate massage therapy into a larger wellness community, offering clients a truly holistic experience.
